Cancellation Policy

At YouthRX, we aim to provide a flexible and convenient shopping experience. Our cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel various types of purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfill and charge the full or remaining amount at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
